  Teacher: Mr. Holland
Tenth Grade, Fifth Period

Students in Mr. Holland's tenth-grade English II class used this project to focus on personal reflection and the relationship between image and text. Participants developed scripts for digital stories (short films) in a writing workshop, creating their own storylines or choosing familiar narratives for their projects.

Working individually or in small teams, students selected related imagery and illustrations to support their original writing or chosen excerpts. Students recorded voiceovers, worked with image placement, titles, and transitions, and experimented with special effects to complete their projects.
