| Fifth-grade students at Monarch Grove Elementary School traditionally celebrate Black History Month by researching, and then writing reports on, many of our society's great contributors of African descent. This year they had the opportunity to further explore the topic by producing documentaries about the people they had studied. Integrating technology, teamwork, class curriculum, and artistry, the students created short digital films that focused on key figures from the nineteenth century through the present day.
