Mobile Learning Institute Digital Arts Summer Camps offered intensive, weeklong workshops where young people from Plaquemines Parish practiced both technology and life skills as they created digital films. Many participants used the opportunity to document and share the impact that Hurricane Katrina has had on their lives and their communities, while others focused on alternative topics of personal interest.
