Fruitvale Elementary School

Students at Fruitvale elementary used the Mobile Leaning Institute program to extend their own work on the reading and writing process. Students first created a poem based on their own culture, backround and/or sense of identity. Then they worked together to combine these poems into a group poem called, “Where We Are From.”
