Austin Middle School 2005-2006 Projects

Students at Austin Middle School participated in the Mobile Learning Institute program as part of their studies in subjects including history, literature, and math.

Ms. Cartwright's students worked in small groups to make digital stories about individuals from various eras and cultures who have made a significant impact on our world, while Ms. Lopez's students worked as a class to transform a story from a book into a digital story. Ms. Williamson's math students made digital stories about mathematicians, math theorems, and important moments in math history. In every case, students wrote and recorded narratives, selected and/or created images, and used Adobe Premiere to assemble and edit their digital presentations.
