| The students' objective was to write a story using an art movement as the background and setting. They had to collaborate with two or three other students to gather information, apply research skills and demonstrate an ability to work with technology. The groups created a movie using a narrative they composed. Many eighth graders of the sixth period employed time travel and fantasy to re-create the experience of living in another time and place. Students are graded on the quality, creativity and accuracy of the information they provide through their digital storytelling. To view the digital stories, click the images below. |
