What happens when students are exposed to digital arts?
Young people find their voice, find ways to work together, and find interesting and personal ways to share what they know. The works below provide a sampling of the results.
If you’re a teacher interested in bringing the Mobile Learning Institute Residencies to your classroom, these sample digital films, websites, and presentations will give you some idea of ways you and your students can integrate digital arts within classroom subjects like history, humanities, science, social studies, and language arts.
You may also be interested to see what teachers around the country have to say about the way this form of project-based learning increases students’ academic understanding; develops basic-education, communication, and technology skills; and reinforces life-skills important to student success inside and outside of the classroom.

Looking for work from a particular Classroom Residency? To see the results of recent Mobile Learning Institute Residencies, first select a school name from the list below. You’ll see a page organizing student work by teacher and class period. Select a teacher’s name and then select the film you want to see!
These same pages are available to students via the Class Finder section on the Mobile Learning Institute’s Student Home Page. At the conclusion of each Classroom Residency, participating students and teachers are also presented with their very own CD-ROMs or DVDs containing their class’ efforts.
